Group Discounts/Discount Policies
All prices listed above are per person. To qualify for the group rate, 3 or more individuals from the same company must register at the same time. Attendees registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 15% discount on their total purchase. Discount cannot be retroactively applied.
All registration charges will appear on your credit card statement as GIE Media Inc., not Garden Center Conference & Expo.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to conference@gie.net. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by May 22, 2025. A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation is received no later than June 19, 2025. No refunds will be issued after June 19, 2025, or for no-shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. Garden Center Conference & Expo reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in his or her place. Garden Center Conference & Expo also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs.

Substitution Policy:
Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place. At this time, the original attendee's log-in credentials will be deactivated and new credentials will be sent to the new attendee.
Confirmation Policy:
All confirmations will be sent via email to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management.
The Garden Center Conference & Expo is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
Show management reserves the right to remove or to deny admission to anyone who is deemed a risk to the professional atmosphere of the event, who fails to comply with the rules & regulations of the event or hotel, or for any reason whatsoever. Show management reserves the right to do so without liability for refund of any fees paid or due, and without liability for any other damages caused by such action.
Suitcasing Policy:
Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces by non-exhibiting companies, including another company's booth or a hotel lobby. It is Garden Center Conference & Expo show management’s objective to do everything legally possible to protect our exhibitors from suitcasing. We want our exhibitors to know that Garden Center Conference & Expo is tough on suitcasers, and that we are vigilant in our efforts to stop them in order to prevent exhibitor unhappiness and show erosion.
Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the Garden Center Conference & Expo, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth or in violation of any portion of the exhibit policies will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to show management.
