How do I make reservations at the host hotel for the show?

A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $249.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. To reserve your room online at the group rate, or for more information, please click here. To reserve your room by phone, call 1-888-879-0462 and ask for the Garden Center Conference rate.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, July 27, 2026, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY

Check-in at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-888-879-0462 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

The Garden Center Conference will be taking place at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in the Symphony Ballroom.

Garden Center Conference has been made aware of several fraudulent claims. Please be aware of the following:

  • Garden Center Conference has not endorsed anyone to contact you directly to book your hotel room or offer you a special discounted conference rate. If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is fraud.
  • Garden Center Conference does not sell attendee lists. If you receive an offer to purchase our attendee lists, it is fraudulent.
